Liverpool John Lennon Airport operates a mandatory policy for all non-based aircraft operators to obtain Prior Permission (PPR) and nominate a Handling Agent.

All PPR requests must be made to one of the airport's nominated handling agencies. Liverpool Aviation Services (LAS) is the only handling agent dedicated to General and Business Aviation at Liverpool Airport.

LAS is the only Fixed Base Operator (FBO) on the airfield and operates from the company's Business Aviation Centre, which is located at the General Aviation Apron.
